Katie Griffin (born in 1973) is a Canadian actress, voice actress, and singer from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is best known for voicing Alex in Totally Spies! and Sailor Mars in Sailor Moon. She is also the voice of Laugh-a-Lot Bear in Care Bears: Journey to Joke-a-lot and as a plush toy. She has also released a full-length album titled Kiss Me Chaos in 2003.
